Hello I’m Kim Martin, a seasoned mortgage professional with over 30 years of experience in banking, lending, and real estate.  I began my career in banking in 1989, transitioned into mortgages in 1997 after completing my education at the CapStone Institute of Mortgage Finance, and soon after founded Southern Home Lending Corporation in North Carolina, later expanding into Charlotte region.

 

Following the 2009 housing collapse, I focused on real estate development and short-term rental properties, building a successful track record as an entrepreneur. Today, I’ve returned to lending as a partner with Mint Mortgage Group in Charleston, SC, holding multi-state licenses and committed to providing exceptional service, clear communication, and customized mortgage solutions to help clients achieve their financial and homeownership goals.
